Chief Tax Deputy Dennie Huggins recently retired from the National Insurance Crime Bureau as Senior Vice President of Field and Foreign Operations. His duties included a budget of over twenty million dollars and he had 240 agents, staff, directors, and vice presidents working for him. Dennie started his law enforcement career as a Wood County Deputy Sheriff. Dennie then worked for the West Virginia State Fire Marshal's office before becoming an agent in West Virginia for National Insurance Crime Bureau. He was promoted to Director of the Washington, DC office and was responsible for a staff covering eight states including West Virginia. He was later promoted to vice president then senior vice president of NICB in the Chicago, Illinois headquarters.
