Primary
2020 Primary Election
The next Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2020.
Uniformed and Overseas Voters may apply for an absentee ballot between January 1 thru May 6, 2020. All other voters may apply between February 18 and May 6, 2020.
Voter Registration Deadline is Tuesday, April 21, 2020.
Early Voting
Early Voting will be conducted at the Judge Black Annex.
Dates are: Wednesday, April 29 thru Saturday, May 9, 2020
Hours are: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
Saturdays - 9:00am to 5:00pm
Community Voting
Community Voting Sites will be conducted on the following dates:
Tuesday, May 5 through Saturday, May 9, 2020
The hours are the same as above.
The locations are:
Lubeck Volunteer Fire Department
Mineral Wells Volunteer Fire Department
Vienna City Building
Williamstown City Building
Any registered Wood County voter may vote at any of the above locations. If voting on Election Day, however, you must go to your precinct location.
Poll workers are appointed by the Republican and Democratic Executive Committees. If you are interested in being a poll worker please contact our office at 304-424-1860 and we will direct you to the appropriate person to sign up.

The attached Absentee Ballot Application must be printed, signed and submitted to the County Clerk by Wednesday, May 6, 2020. Voter Registration Deadline is Tuesday, October 16, 2018.
