Elected to the Wood County Commission in 2007 and re-elected in 2012 and 2018.

Married to Kim Lantz Couch (Director Camden Clark Hospital Foundation). They reside in Vienna WV with their two Children, Will and Jamie who both attend Fairmont State University.

Owner/Operator, DC Fleet Sales providing Hertz Car Rental and Penske Truck Rental services to the Mid-Ohio Valley.
