Prosecuting Attorney
The Prosecuting Attorney is the chief legal officer of the county. The responsibilities include the prosecution of all crimes, both misdemeanors and felonies, within the county. Additionally, the prosecuting attorney acts as legal advisor to the County Commission and other county officials.
Wood County Prosecuting Attorney Pat Lefebure was elected in November 2016.
Prosecuting Attorney's office is located in the Judge Black Annex on the end of the building facing the courthouse.
