Shelter / Meeting Rooms
Meeting Room and Park Shelter Reservation Policies
- Payment in full is required at least 7 days prior to the reservation or reservation will be forfeited.
- If park shelter or meeting room is reserved less than a week in advance, payment is required at least 24 hours prior to the reservation or reservation will be forfeited.
- We accept check, cash, and credit/debit card payments.
- Payment for shelter rentals may be sent to:

Parkersburg, WV 26101 - Room rentals on weekends/holidays will be assessed an additional fee. Refunds not available within two weeks of reservation.
- Reservations can be made by contacting the County Administrator’s Office by TELEPHONE ONLY at 304-424-1976, opt 8. NO EMAILS PLEASE.
- Minimum $25.00 fee for all non-profit entities.
- Private Meeting Rooms cannot be reserved for parties.

- 1 HOUR: $25.00
- 2 HOURS: $50.00
- 3 HOURS: $75.00
- 4 HOURS: $100.00
- OVER 4 HOURS: $125.00
Non-profit rate:
- 1-2 HOURS: $25.00

- 4 HOURS: $100.00
