Meeting Room and Park Shelter Reservation Policies
On April 21st, 2014, the Wood County Commission, in an effort to properly maintain its park shelters and meeting rooms through an ongoing maintenance program, approved a new fee structure for county park shelter and meeting room reservations. That fee structure will go into effect July 1st, 2014 for those wishing to reserve park shelters or meeting rooms. Wood County non-profit organizations are exempt from these fees.
Reservations are first come, first serve. Payment in full is required at least 7 days prior to the reservation or reservation will be forfeited. We accept check and cash payments only. Refunds will not be issued. A returned check fee of $25.00 will be assessed.

Please be sure to verify your reservation on our website PRIOR to your event and check it for accuracy.
Please be aware that park shelters are subject to the elements and tables and benches may need covered or cleaned before use. Meeting rooms need to be left in the manner in which they were found.
